My name is Kelly Herbert and I have lived in Athens County, Ohio since 1979. I transferred to Ohio University in 1979 as a Sophomore from Kenyon College. After attending both the School of Theater and the School of Radio and Television, I graduated with a degree in Broadcast Communication in 1982. I met my husband, Dave Herbert, Sr., shortly after graduation and never left the county! My husband is a local contractor with 30+ years of building experience. I have been involved in his business since 1983 so I have first hand experience with the construction of new homes and the remodeling of older homes.
I attended Hocking College in 2005 for my Real Estate training. I began working at Hayes Real Estate, shortly after earning my license, as an assistant to another local agent. I am now a Realtor at Hayes Real Estate
My husband and I have three children altogether...his son Dave Herbert, Jr., who has his own contracting business, our son John Herbert who also wants to be a contractor and interested in alternative energy systems, and our daughter, Sarah Herbert, who is pursuing photography and e-commerce. We happily reside in the Buchtel area.
